How to effectively teach the subject of Lean Operations Management ?

Though I have been teaching the subject of Lean Operations Management for many years in the college, everytime I have an urge to do even better than the previous semesters, that is a human tendency, how to improve over the past experiences. Everytime our understanding of the subject is also improving and we wish to give better inputs to the student.
