Home Management system of a mild Covid condition.
Covid infection Management is an interesting area where we need to be well aware of what are the complications, what could go wrong and how it can be arrested by some simple home tips and home management.
As we know by now Covid treatment is not rocket science, it does not involve complicated diagnosis, high tech investigation methods and instruments and near fatal consequences. It is quite manageable if we are able to diagnose the symptoms at the right time and administer the right treatment. It is based on- boosting one's immunity
- reducing one's viral load and
- breathing exercises
Getting into a ventilator and managing the treatment is needlessly expensive and puts everybody in the house into a great level of discomfort and gets everyone unnecessarily tensed.

The 3 important steps to take to avoid Covid infection and managing it effectively are give here. One needs to carry out the following three actions religiously.
1. boosting or priming the immune system
- having good food, body to remain well hydrated with water
- stay calm, minimum 8 hours of sleep daily
- taking enough of colorful vegetables
- if need be, taking immune boosting supplements of
- Zinc,
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin C and
- Turmeric
2. reducing one's viral load
- social distancing, with masks and glasses
- in case of fever, dry cough, running nose, sore throat, loss of smell and taste
- rinsing the mouth - gargling twice daily with warm saline water
- rinsing the nose - using saline nasal spray or saline nasal rinse twice daily
- steam inhalation with warm water solution with vicks oitment
3. doing breathing exercises
These basic breathing exercises can be done twice or thrice a day to strengthen the lung.
- blowing balloons in three stages continuously, many times. thereby building lung capacity
- half-filling beaker with water, using a plastic straw blowing into the beaker raising bubbles continuously, upto three times with intermittent breaks

Having a pulse oximeter at home, taking the oxygen content in blood regularly, three to four times or more daily. If the oxygen concentration is between 95 and 100%, it is fine and healthy. If the oxygen concentration drops below 92%,. it needs intervention by health care professionals.
