A teaching plan for Lean Operations..

Lean Operations is getting important day by day aas a manufacturing and service philosophy cutting across manufacturing and service organisations. Toyota Production System that got metamorphasised as Lean Operations, with the addition of value concepts and Value Stream Mapping, is now the rage of operations across the world. 

A sample teaching plan for Lean Operations:

  1. Introduction to Lean Operations:

    • Explain the purpose of Lean Operations and its history
    • Describe the key principles of Lean (such as eliminating waste, continuous improvement, and customer focus)
    • Discuss the benefits of implementing Lean in an organization
